Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the intimate nature of our products, strict hygiene rules apply.

  • Eligibility: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items under any circumstances.
  • Damaged/Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@fabulouscoco.co.za with your order number and photos/videos of the product.
  • Refunds/Exhanges: Approved cases will qualify for aΒ replacement product. If a replacement product is not available, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
